About the Role
We are seeking a performance-driven E-commerce & Quick Commerce Manager to lead growth across D2C, marketplaces, and quick commerce platforms. The role requires sharp business acumen, strong operational ownership, and an analytical mindset to scale revenue and optimize performance across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Ownership
: Drive and grow sales across D2C website, marketplaces, and quick commerce platforms. - Platform Expansion
: Identify, onboard, and launch new marketplaces/commerce platforms, managing everything from documentation and setup to listings and marketing integration. - Performance Strategy
: Develop and execute platform-specific growth strategies aligned with algorithms, consumer behavior, and seasonal opportunities. - Stakeholder Management
: Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) with platform managers to secure visibility, placements, and campaigns. - Data & Analytics
: Build and maintain dashboards to track revenue, conversion rates, sell-through, ad spends, and ROI across channels. - Content & Conversion
: Optimize product listings for SEO, A+ content, and conversion, ensuring brand and content consistency across platforms. - Cross-functional Collaboration
: Work closely with operations, media, brand, and supply chain teams to execute campaigns, launches, and peak-season operations seamlessly. - Quick Commerce Management
: Partner with ops to maintain high availability, reduce RTOs, and ensure fast delivery compliance for hyperlocal/instant platforms. - Market Intelligence
: Stay updated on marketplace features, algorithm changes, and seller tools—adapting strategies in real time. - Campaign Planning
: Plan and execute platform-specific campaigns, festive sales, and new product drops with a conversion-first approach.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in e-commerce (preferably with D2C, beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle brands).
- Proven success in driving multi-channel revenue growth with platform-specific ownership.
- Strong knowledge of marketplace and quick commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, etc.).
- Highly analytical and data-driven; comfortable with dashboards, reporting, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Unicommerce, Amazon Seller Central, Nykaa Panel, and quick commerce dashboards.
- Expertise in discount planning, pricing control, conversion strategy, and platform SPOC management.
- Excellent project management and multitasking skills in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
