- Website Management: Overseeing the design, functionality, and user experience of the online store, from product pages to the checkout process.
- Digital Marketing & Sales Strategy: Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
- Performance Analysis: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), such as website traffic, conversion rates, and sales data, to refine strategies and improve performance.
- Customer Experience (CX): Acting as the customer's advocate, ensuring a seamless and positive online shopping experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, IT, product, and customer service departments to ensure smooth online operations and a unified brand experience.
- Promotional Activities: Planning and implementing promotional offers, discounts, and campaigns to boost sales.
- Product Management: Overseeing product rollouts on e-commerce sites, from creating product listings to developing new landing pages.
- Security and Operations: Ensuring the security of the website and payment systems to protect customer data and facilitate secure transactions.
Essential Skills
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), knowledge of web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), and understanding of web design principles.
- Digital Marketing Skills: Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC advertising, email marketing, and social media management.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve strategies.
- Leadership & Communication: The ability to lead teams, communicate effectively with various departments, and motivate others to achieve goals.
