Job Description

  1. Support the sales team by improving processes, measuring outcomes, tracking performance, and providing relevant analytics.
  2. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine the lead qualification process, analyse campaign performance, and develop reporting dashboards.
  3. Partner with Sales to create and maintain accurate sales forecasting models and data.
  4. Enhance sales productivity by simplifying processes, including automating tasks like Excel work.
  5. Manage and ensure adherence to sales processes across the team.
  6. Develop and deliver executive dashboard reports on a fortnightly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  7. Track and analyse key metrics such as pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment.
  8. Gather and clean user data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  9. Utilise statistical and predictive techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  10. Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate sales performance, identify improvement areas, and measure the effectiveness of sales strategies.

Requirements

  1. Minimum education qualification: BE / BTech / BSc / BCA in IT / IS / CS.
  2. Minimum years of experience: 1+ years - STRICTLY in an analyst role.
  3. You will transition to become the POC or Owner of the organisation’s CRM, so a strong sense of ownership is a MUST.
  4. Experience with Metabase, Webengage, and Leadsquared CRM is a big plus.
  5. Immediate joiners will be given the highest priority.
  6. The candidate should have knowledge of backend technology, including the ability to understand API calls and data flows, and interact effectively with the engineering team.
  7. Demonstrating analytical skills: Interpreting complex data sets and extracting meaningful insights. Utilising Excel/G-Sheets, SQL, Tableau, or Python tools for data analysis.
  8. The candidate should be well-versed in using Metabase or similar BI tools for data visualisation, reporting, and conducting in-depth data analysis to support business decisions.
  9. The candidate should have strong experience with Webengage or similar customer engagement platforms for managing campaigns, automating workflows, and analysing user behaviour and engagement metrics.
  10. The candidate should be proficient in using Leadsquared CRM or similar CRM tools for managing leads, tracking sales activities, and optimising customer relationship management processes.
  11. Applying business acumen: Understanding sales processes, market dynamics, and revenue generation strategies.
  12. Fostering teamwork and collaboration: Collaborating effectively with sales teams, managers, and cross-functional departments.
