Responsibilities

1.Market Research:

-         Conduct in-depth research on the relevant services and products, including market trends, sentiment analytics, emerging technologies, competitive dynamics and customer preferences.

-         Stay updated on industry developments, technological advancements, and regulatory changes that may impact Microsoft products and services.

 

2. Competitive Analysis:

-         Monitor competitors' activities, products, and pricing strategies to present to the Management

-         Execute SWOT analysis to help Sales and Inside Sales build effective strategies.

 

3. Market Segmentation:

-         Segment the target market to identify ICP – Ideal Customer Profile for Products & Services

-         Provide insights on market segments that align with our products and services.

 

4. Customer Profiling:

Qualifications:

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·      In-depth IT industry knowledge, including current technology trends and competitors.

·      Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

·      Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

·      Adaptability to evolving market conditions and industry changes.

·      Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
