Job Title: MBA Intern – Business Development

Internship Overview

We are looking for MBA interns who are eager to learn and kickstart their careers in Business Development & Sales. This internship provides hands-on experience in lead generation, client communication, proposal writing, and market research. The interns will work closely with our senior team to support sales activities and contribute to expanding our business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Research

Learn to generate leads through freelancing portals (Upwork – mandatory), LinkedIn, and other B2B sources.

Assist in identifying and targeting potential clients.

  • Client Interaction Support

Participate in introductory sales calls with prospects (alongside seniors).

Understand client requirements and help in preparing suitable solutions.

  • Service Familiarization

Develop knowledge of the company's service offerings.

Assist in communicating value propositions to potential clients.

  • Proposal & Documentation

Support in drafting business proposals and presentations.

Assist in preparing client communication material.

  • Networking & Collaboration

Join team discussions, brainstorming, and client networking activities.

Maintain clear communication with internal teams.

Requirements

● MBA students (Marketing / International Business / Sales specialization preferred).

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Fluent in English (written & spoken).

● Basic understanding of sales/BD concepts, with a willingness to learn freelancing portals (Upwork), LinkedIn, and B2B lead generation tools.

● Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in business development.

● Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
