Job Overview

We are seeking an SEO Analyst to join our team and assist us to establish a solid online presence.

As an SEO Analyst, your responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

SEO Strategy and Implementation

Improve the website’s traffic through organic search results.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement SEO best practices, execute website updates, and drive growth following the SEO roadmap.
  • Develop insights and actions based on qualitative and quantitative analytics.
  • Work with development teams to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for organic growth.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, and headings to improve search engine visibility and rankings.
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including backlink building and content marketing.
  • Improve the website's backlink profile using proven strategies.
  • Enhance page speed and server response times for improved technical performance.
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with user intent and search trends.
  • Proven knowledge of various disciplines of SEO and ranking factors
  • Ability to identify opportunities and act on them (self-starter)


ASO for Mobile App

  • Conduct keyword research for app store optimization to improve app discoverability.
  • Optimize app title, description, screenshots, and other metadata for higher rankings in app stores.
  • Track and analyze app performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhance user acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure the app is technically optimized for app stores.


Performance Tracking and Reporting

  • Possess a basic understanding of GTM tag implementation, ensuring accurate tracking and data collection.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and app analytics platforms to monitor performance.
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports on SEO/ASO performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
  • 4 to 5 years of experience as an SEO Analyst, Digital Marketing Executive, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in SEO/ASO tools such as Google Analytics4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, SEMrush, ahrefs, and app store optimization tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Well-versed with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and extracting useful insights.
  • Strong time management and communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of basic programming and automation is a plus.
