We are looking for a

to work closely with the
leadership team

at The Culinary Lounge. As Associate - Founder's Office, you will be directly involved in strategy, operations, sales enablement, partnerships, and execution. You'll act as a key enabler for the leadership team ensuring priorities are executed smoothly, decisions are backed by strong insights, and opportunities are maximized.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the leadership team on high-priority projects and initiatives.
  • Conduct research, prepare briefs, and create presentations to support decision-making.
  • Manage trackers, follow-ups, and ensure timely execution of business priorities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Anticipate needs, solve problems, and take ownership of outcomes.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Who You Are

  • 1–3 years of experience (exceptional fresh graduates may also be considered).
  • Strong communication, research, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Analytical mindset with a willingness to 'get things done' hands-on.
  • Prior exposure to startups, consulting, event management, or leadership roles in college is a plus.
