**Job Title**: Founder’s Office Associate

**Location**: Hyderabad, Telangana
**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month
**Experience**: Minimum 1 year
**Languages Required**:Hindi & English (mandatory)

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a highly motivated and resourceful individual to join our **Founder’s Office** and play a key role in strategic execution, business operations, and brand growth. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the leadership team and gain hands-on experience in scaling a **D2C brand**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and executing strategic initiatives for business growth.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams to drive brand performance.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking.
- Support in investor relations, partnerships, and brand collaborations.
- Optimize operational processes and improve efficiency.
- Manage key projects and ensure timely execution.
- Handle data analysis, reporting, and presentations for decision-making.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1 year of experience**in a **D2C brand** or startup environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in **Hindi & English**.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) & basic project management tools.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working closely with founders.
