We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong entrepreneurial spirit to join us as a Founder's Office Associate.

**Job Description**:
As a Founder's Office Associate, you will work closely with the company founders and leadership team, gaining exposure to all aspects of the business. This role is ideal for someone who is not only passionate about driving business success but also has the energy and determination to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution:

- Assist the founders in developing and executing strategic initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and business data to provide actionable insights.
- Participate in high-level decision-making processes and provide support in the implementation of key projects.
- Project Management:

- Lead and manage cross-functional projects from conception through to completion.
- Ensure that project timelines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Coordinate with various teams to align efforts and resources with company goals.

Research & Analysis:

- Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, market opportunities, and new business models.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to support strategic decisions.

Communication & Liaison:

- Serve as a key point of contact between the founders and internal/external stakeholders.
- Facilitate smooth communication across different departments and ensure alignment with the founders' vision.

Operational Support:

- Provide day-to-day operational support to the founders, including scheduling, planning, and administrative tasks.
- Identify and resolve any operational challenges that may arise, ensuring the smooth running of the Founder's Office.

Entrepreneurial Initiatives:

- Identify new business opportunities and propose innovative solutions to drive growth.
- Be proactive in suggesting improvements to current processes and business practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
