Responsibilities:
Identify and Prospect: Research and identify potential clients, industries, and market segments to target for business development opportunities.
Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
Identify and Understand Pain Points: Conduct in-depth research to identify pain points and challenges faced by prospective clients.
Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and support in achieving business objectives.
Reporting:  Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospecting efforts, and client interactions using CRM software, and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or related role, preferably in the IT Sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive and results-driven approach to work.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM software.
