Roles and Responsibilities;

Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Kanada, Marathi, Telugu with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts.

Manage partner relationships to drive revenue growth through successful partnerships.

Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance overall business performance.

Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products/services.

Provide exceptional client relationship management by understanding their needs, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring timely communication.

Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.

Conduct inside sales activities to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close deals

Delivered B2B pitches to boost client engagement and retention.

Utilize various channels (phone calls, emails, etc.) to reach out to potential customers.

Understand customer needs and demonstrate how our products/services can meet those needs effectively.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales targets and objectives.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
