**Roles and responsibilities**:
**Drive demand generation activities for business success team**
- Become a master of channel partner marketing by doing continuous primary research to understand the market dynamics
- Generate prospective leads from web search, social media, service vendors of GOFRUGAL customer base for new partner sign-ups
- Analyze the competitor positioning, promotional tactics, online performance and retaliate with counter strategy
- Own GOFRUGAL's partner program website, social channels and product listing profiles
- Align and work all the promotion initiatives with digital marketing SEO/SEM team
- Strive for maximizing ROI by driving the offline (trade shows, exhibitions, conferences) and online campaigns for channel partner marketing
- Grow the partner base incrementally across regions by creating testimonials, generating user reviews and performance encouragement posters
- Own the content calendar to establish our partner program positioning and messaging across channels
- Identify path patterns, weakest points by consistently measuring campaign performance to generate maximum relevant leads from market
- Spotting opportunities for scaling our partner business in new markets and target segment

**Empower partners to increase market reach**
- Reach out to minimum 3-5 partners everyday to understand their promotion quality and assist them to improve iteratively for generating consistent demand
- Review partner sales data, help them spot untapped opportunities
- Assist partners to generate opportunities by fine tuning their execution of webpage, social channels and event participation
- Build a loyal customer base to partners by assisting them with capturing testimonial videos, creating solution presentations, and conducting online training webinars
- Work with partner's marketing team to develop and execute GTM strategy for their target market based on market trends and competitors
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure right sales enablement collateral reach partners for faster and quality conversion
- Sharpen sales and promotion skills of partners through webinars and by creating relevant help materials
