The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong client relationships, and ensuring consistent growth in revenue.Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and construction companies.- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.- Present and promote building material products to potential clients.- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.- Prepare and present sales reports to management.Requirements- Proven sales experience, preferably in building materials, construction, or related industries.- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.Education & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent (preferred).- 2–5 years of sales experience (building materials industry preferred).- Location - Thane- Salary 2 lacs to 4 lacs- Freshers are welcome
