HR Plant Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:Employee Lifecycle Management:Manage onboarding procedures to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires.Implement and maintain time and attendance systems, ensuring accuracy in attendance records.Manage confirmation processes for new employees and develop communication platforms to keep staff informed and engaged.Handle exits and processes, ensuring a positive offboarding experience.Compensation and Benefits Management:Administer compensation management related to wage and salary structures.Oversee employee benefits, including LTA, loans, mediclaim, and insurance claim settlements.Ensure competitive and fair compensation practices in line with industry standards.Statutory Compliance:Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation and statutory requirements, including:Provident Fund (PF) claimsFactory Act/Shops and Establishments ActEmployee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC)Employment Exchange and Minimum WagesRegular health check-ups and compliance with factory regulations.Prepare and submit necessary reports to government and local bodies.Grievance and Disciplinary Management:Manage grievance redressal mechanisms to address employee concerns effectively and promptly.Implement disciplinary procedures when necessary and provide counselling to employees as needed.Payroll Management:Collaborate with HO team to manage payroll processing, ensuring accurate input of attendance, recoveries, and variable components.Conduct regular audits of payroll data to ensure compliance and accuracy.Community Engagement and CSR:Initiate and manage continuous employee engagement programs and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.Act as a liaison between employees and community programs to enhance company reputation and employee satisfaction.Work Allocation:Daily Operations:
Focus on routine HR functions, including attendance management, payroll inputs, and employee support.Project-Based Tasks:
Lead initiatives with respect to PE, CSR programs, and compliance audits, allocating time for strategic planning and execution.Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other HR team members and other departmental employees to address HR-related issues and implement policies effectively.Behavioural Competencies:Customer Focus:

Experience in managing payroll systems and conducting audits to ensure compliance.Employee Benefits:
Knowledge of managing employee benefits, including insurance and claims processing.Employee Exit Management:
Understanding of best practices in managing employee exits and offboarding.
