
Business Development Executive

We're looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Executive — someone who can spot opportunities, build strong client relationships, and help us expand our reach in the market. In this role, you'll identify growth prospects, craft tailored pitches, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that create value for our clients and business. Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across targeted industries and markets.
- Build, manage, and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and pitches.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies and offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that meet revenue and growth goals.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Track sales activities, prepare reports, and provide insights to leadership.
- Represent the company at events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and align them with business solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
