Gallagher - Senior Quality Analyst - Power BI Testing

Role and Responsibilities :
- Senior Quality Analyst should be able to work as an individual contributor and maintain good relationship with stakeholders.
- Should have an excellent "Eye for detailing".
- Should be able to read "Business Requirement Documentation" and compare Power BI reports for Quality testing & analytical checks and to ensure requirements are met.
- Should be able to build test plans and perform smoke, regression, performance, and end-to-end testing on Power BI reports & dashboards.
Qualifications and Education Requirements :
- Technical Bachelor's Degree.
- Non-Technical Degree holders should have 3+ years of relevant experience.
Preferred Skills :
Must have :
Should have EXCELLENT knowledge on :
- Strong MS PowerBI testing skills.
- Good to have SDLC & STLC.
- Good at reporting & documenting bugs during testing.
- Good knowledge of Azure DevOps / Jira.
- Good knowledge of SQL.
- Data analysis, Business analysis.
- Attention to detailing.
- Good MS Excel skills.
- Database management and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills.
- Review and validate customer data as it's collected.
- Monitor analytics and metrics results.
- Implement new data analysis methodologies.
- Perform data profiling to identify and understand anomalies.
Work Experience :
- 2+ years of experience on testing Power BI reports.
Additional Notes :
- Should be ready work in US or UK shift primarily starting at 3pm IST or 6pm IST or 9pm IST.
- Hybrid working environment i.e. one week (all 5 days) in a month work from office till December 2024.
