As we expand, we are looking for dynamic sales professionals to strengthen our B2 B reach and build long-term partnerships. Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive (B2 B) with 1–2 years of experience in the essential oils, carrier oils, natural extracts, or related raw materials industry. The role involves both new client acquisition and account management, focusing on growing Elite Biotech’s footprint in the Indian B2 B market. Key Responsibilities Generate new B2 B business by identifying and onboarding manufacturers, FMCG companies, cosmetics & pharma firms, and raw material traders. Manage and grow existing B2 B accounts, ensuring repeat business and upsell opportunities. Achieve monthly and quarterly B2 B sales targets (revenue + client acquisition). Build strong client relationships by understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable oils from Elite Biotech’s product portfolio. Conduct B2 B client meetings, presentations, and product discussions (in-person and virtual). Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Maintain accurate B2 B lead and sales records using CRM tools Track competitor activities and industry trends in the B2 B oils and natural extracts market. Requirements 1–2 years of B2 B sales experience in essential oils, carrier oils, natural extracts, or related raw materials (mandatory). Strong understanding of the B2 B sales cycle and negotiation process. Proven track record in new client acquisition and account management. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
