Company Background - We are a multinational software company that is growing at a fast pace. We have offices in Florida & New Delhi. Our clientele spreads across the US, Australia & APAC. Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Development & Implementation: Lead end-to-end Salesforce development and implementation, focusing on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and best practices.
  • Solution Design & Architecture: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, high-quality technical solutions.
  • Project Management: Drive projects from conception to completion, managing timelines, deliverables, and project milestones.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure code quality, adherence to standards, and best practices through code reviews and mentoring.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, understanding and articulating the technical needs in line with business objectives.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Salesforce Expertise: 6+ years of experience with Salesforce, specializing in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (mandatory).
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience leading teams, with a proven track record of successful project delivery and team collaboration.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce custom development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integration tools.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders.
