Job Description:

Primary Skill:

  1. Experience developing and implementing ServiceNow included scripts and custom scripts. Managing CMDB Auto-Discovery schedules. Deep knowledge on reports and dashboards.
  2. Deep understanding of the CMDB in Service Now and how it impacts other modules.
  3. Customization of scripts in Service Now Creation and maintenance of new or existing integrations. Consulting on how to integrate a new environment Advanced report creation Data and root cause analysis Support for the implementation for the ServiceNow releases.
  4. Must have expertise in CMDB Module of Service Now, Service Mapping, Integration etc.
  5. Experience in designing the solutions for complex requirements spread across multiple modules and CMDB in ServiceNow.
  6. Experience in Integration using MID Server.
  7. Exposure to SOAP and REST API of service Now.
  8. Experience in ServiceNow Discovery configuration and data managemen.
  9. UI Actions / UI policy / Access Control Lists, etc.
  10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  11. Experience in designing the solutions for complex requirements spread across multiple modules in ServiceNow.


Secondary Skill:

1.Experience in ITSM Suite (Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, CMDB), Service Catalog, Service Portal.

2. Exposure to SNOW Integration with Monitoring Solutions
