Job Overview We are seeking a Vendor Coordinator for the Manufacturing Industry to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4-6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing vendor relationships and ensuring seamless supply chain operations. Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in SAP for effective vendor management and supply chain coordination (Mandatory skill). Expertise in Supplier Relationship Management to foster and maintain strategic partnerships (Mandatory skill). Experience in Purchase Order Management to ensure timely and accurate order processing (Mandatory skill). Strong skills in Contract Negotiation to secure favorable terms and agreements with vendors. Capability in implementing and monitoring Quality Control Processes to ensure product standards are met. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. Knowledge of Just-In-Time (JIT) Inventory Management to optimize stock levels efficiently. Ability to conduct Supply Chain Analysis to identify improvement areas and enhance efficiency. Roles and Responsibilities Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services, maintaining optimal inventory levels. Manage purchase orders from initiation to fulfillment, ensuring compliance with company policies. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure cost-effective procurement and resolve disputes efficiently. Maintain updated records of vendor contracts, product specifications, and pricing agreements. Implement quality control measures to assess vendor compliance with industry standards and regulations. Collaborate with departments to align vendor capabilities with company needs and objectives. Analyze supply chain performance and develop strategies to optimize processes and minimize costs. Enhance supplier relationships through regular communication and performance evaluations.
