Trainee-Vendor management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search for vendors for our engineering services (GIS/LiDAR/BIM and Telecom).
  • Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and vendors.
  • Coordinate with vendors for data collection, processing.
  • Track and follow up on ongoing vendor tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain updated vendor databases with performance metrics, service categories, and pricing.
  • Periodically update vendor data for quality and completeness.
  • Generate periodic vendor performance reports and provide grading or feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal QA and QC teams to review and approve vendor deliverables

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Good analytical and data management skills (Excel, and presentation).
  • Understanding of vendor processes, pricing models, and SLAs.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up ability.
