Role Overview:
The Branch Administrator ensures the seamless and efficient functioning of day-to-day operations at the branch level. This role provides comprehensive administrative, operational, and customer coordination support to the Sales, Service, and Engineering teams while ensuring adherence to company policies, legal compliance, and financial hygiene.
The Branch Admin acts as the central point of contact for all branch-related logistics, infrastructure, and coordination activities, while also being accountable for ready material movement, outstanding collections, and branch process discipline.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Order entering and processing in our R12 system. To prepare and maintain Order entry form.
- Collection of Outstanding payments from customers and sending projections every month.
- To maintain customer contacts for resolving orders and payments related queries.
- Coordinating with engineers for orders, commercial terms, payments, etc.
- Branch administration. Maintaining and keeping records of branch expenses, workers salaries, etc.
Eligibility: Any Graduate- Contract 6 months (On rolls based on performance)
