  • Shall handle all countries Visa enquiries in persons mails and advice regarding required Documentations and submission for all type of Visa.
  • Also Maintain proper record of submission & collection of Visa including Visa fee and service charges. Shall maintain cordial relation with customers, Visa Service Agency & Consulate offices.
  • Shall have pleasing personality and effective communication skillWell versed with Visa Documentation and procedures/ On LineManual Visa application submission to Consulate at Mumbai/Delhi or through VFS regarding all types of Visas for Various Countries .
  • Basic Knowledge of Package Tours, Insurance and Passport Assistance ,issue of air tickets will be treated an additional qualification.
  • Applicant shall be from central Suburb, Thane, and Navi Mumbai.
  • Ensure accuracy when assisting with the coordination, issuance, and handling of visas.
  • Advise and guide applicants through the visa application process.
  • Keep up to date with current visa rules and regulations.
  • Organize and manage documents and other paperwork in an organized manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing counsel and information regarding visa application process to the applicants.
  • Understanding the requirements of the different visa categories.
  • Organizing and managing relevant documents and paperwork.
  • Answering any queries and providing support for visa-related matters.
  • Performing administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
  • Remaining up-to-date with the latest immigration policies.
  • Creating and maintaining an accurate and well-structured filing system.
  • Managing the update of visa records in the system.
  • Making sur clients comply with the terms and conditions of the visas.

Applicant shall be preferred from Central Suburb Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai
