Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting key sectors, companies, and decision-makers.
  • Lead the sales team in executing outreach, presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Provide regular coaching, feedback, and training to sales executives to enhance their performance and skills.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure alignment with overall sales objectives.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Analyze sales data and market conditions to refine sales strategies and approaches.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on market opportunities and challenges.

Sales Reporting & Forecasting:

  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, including pipeline updates, sales performance, and revenue forecasts.
  • Monitor key sales metrics and KPIs, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to align sales forecasts with business planning.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with the product team to provide customer feedback and insights for product development.

Contract Management:

  • Oversee the preparation and negotiation of sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Manage contract renewals, extensions, and upsell opportunities to maximize revenue.
