Job Description: Sales Assistant for Woven Sack Machinery Manufacturing Company

Position Overview:
As a sales assistant for a woven sack machinery manufacturing company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around providing administrative and organizational support, assisting with customer inquiries, managing sales documentation, and contributing to the overall success of the sales department.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, follow up on potential customers, and assist in converting leads into sales. Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and customer databases.

Order Processing: Assist in processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy in product selection, pricing, and delivery details. Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to facilitate timely order fulfillment.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain sales-related documentation, including sales reports, customer profiles, and order histories. Prepare regular sales performance reports, analyze data, and identify trends or areas for improvement. Keep track of inventory levels and communicate with relevant teams to ensure stock availability.

Relationship Management: Nurture relationships with existing customers, providing after-sales support, addressing any concerns, and seeking opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities through market research and lead generation activities.

Team Coordination: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, production, and finance, to ensure smooth information flow and efficient order processing. Assist in coordinating sales events, trade shows, and customer visits.

Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.

Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other relevant tools.

Knowledge of woven sack machinery or manufacturing industry is a plus.

Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Sales-oriented mindset with a customer-centric approach.
