Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in managing client interactions through the India Mart Portal.
  • Maintain and update client records and follow up on client inquiries promptly.
  • Provide detailed product information to clients and support them in their purchasing decisions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Handle customer service inquiries and resolve any issues related to sales and services.
  • Support the sales team in preparing reports and documentation required for meetings and presentations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to provide insights and suggestions for business improvement.
