- Offer support to the sales team in generating reports and documentation for meetings and presentations, contributing to business growth initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficiency in the India Mart Portal is a must, along with prior experience as a sales assistant.
- A strong customer service background, coupled with effective communication skills, is essential for success in this role.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities are necessary to handle client issues and maintain client satisfaction.
