- Sales Leadership: Develop, implement, and manage strategic sales initiatives to exceed revenue targets across the Indian market.- Market Penetration: Build and enhance market presence, identifying and targeting key industries and clients to expand our footprint.- Customer Engagement: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, delivering tailored solutions that drive value for clients.- Team Building & Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of passion, innovation, and success.- Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain partnerships with industry stakeholders and alliances to enhance business growth.- Performance Tracking: Use analytics and sales data to make informed decisions, continuously refine strategies, and ensure sales goals are met or exceeded.
Qualifications:
- Proven Success: Demonstrable success in meeting or exceeding revenue goals, with a focus on software or tech-based solutions.- Passion & Drive: Highly passionate and energetic, with an inherent drive to inspire teams and close deals.- Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of our business market, client needs, and competitive landscape.- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on building and maintaining long-term client relationships.- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is preferred.
