Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive software sales and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and deliver tailored software solutions to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Generate leads through cold calls, networking, events, online platforms, and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable software solutions.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations, demos, and product pitches to decision-makers.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close profitable deals.
  • Collaborate with the technical and product teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain and update CRM with all business development activities.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in software sales or IT business development.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS, enterprise software, or IT solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical clients.
  • Strong networking skills and client-focused approach.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
