Responsibilities :Run a 3500 SFT retail store that houses 120+bikes. Take care of day-to-day retail operations and liasioning.Manage a frontend sales team of 4-5 sales associateManage the in-store customer experience to deliver a outstanding atmosphere for customers coming in to the store.

KPIs:Sales targets from the store. Govern the visits done in store to sales done as a metric.Customer nps of the store.Operational expenditure for the store.Team happiness quotient of the retail store.

Requirements & Qualifications:Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations/ retail sales role.High Proficiency in excel and google sheet.Good communication skillsHigh sense of ownership and responsibility.Past experience in running logistics/ groceries dark stores, running large format retail store operations, running qsr outlets or managing retail store operations in the allied space will be super fit for this role.Folks from hospitality industry have an extra edge for the said role
