JOBDESCRIPTION:

The Loan IQ Tech Leadwill join the Commercial Delivery team and be part of ongoingdelivery initiatives to onboard clients to the Loan IQ platform.This role partners extensively with the application vendor whileleading the Key technical team to successful solution for businessprocess needs and improvements on large and complex implementationinitiatives spanning across multiple business units.

  • Strong technical expert with the ability tolead a technical team; assigns work mentors and trains juniorengineers.
  • Own and influence the developmentimplementation assessment and support of one or more environmentsapplications or platforms.
  • Independentlydevelops clean maintainable testable code for work assigned;performs code reviews for all levels of engineers.
  • Designs solutions for the overall health performance andavailability and actively works resolution of system and clientexperience impacts for one or more environments applications orplatforms.
  • Advocates forimprovements.
  • Strong ability to partner andeffectively work across the organization with line of business andtechnology colleagues
  • Strong interpersonalcommunication skills
  • Applies and prepares toensure proper security standards for code development.
  • Creates technical documentation specifications andproject artifacts for developing code
  • Identifies and develops potential standards and bestpractices.
  • Proposes highlevel applicationplatform architectural guidelines
  • Formulatesand designs technical solutions to meet business needs
  • Strong implementation coordination and communicationskills

REQUIREDQUALIFICATIONS:

  • 8 years ofexperience in IT including experience and familiarity with a broadarray of technology tools supporting large Broad experience withmultiple technology platforms and products and compleximplementations.
  • Strong understanding of Javaprogramming language and data structures.
  • Familiarity with Agile developmentmethodologies.
  • Excellent problemsolving skillsand attention to details and ability to workindependently
    Experience with git versioncontrol.
  • Strong knowledge on writing andanalyzing complex SQL queries.
  • Ability toprovide solution on complex commercial lending problem

LOAN IQ PREFERREDEXPERIENCE:

  • 3 5 Years ofexperience on Loan IQ APIs and Application knowledge.
  • Understanding of Loan IQ workflows rules and Data model.
  • Commercial Lending industry background.
  • Ability to work in a team and help in teamsexpansion.
  • Ability to speak the language ofbusiness community and communicate well with businessstakeholders.
  • Understanding of code migrationtools (GIT JIRA ).
  • Strong understanding ofLoan IQ architecture and APIs and SDK.
  • Loan IQInstallation and Upgrade Batch Net and BatchConfiguration.
  • Experience working in largescale technology delivery initiatives.
  • Experience on Apache Tomcat.
  • CoreJava Experience.

OPTIONALQUALIFICATION:

  • Experiencewith GCP Containerization.
  • Familiarity withKubernetes or other container orchestration tools.
  • Knowledge of testing framework.
  • Xquery Language on Loan IQ.
  • Loan IQData Conversion Tool ( DCT )
