Enjoy applying tactical and operational approach for analysing business opportunities from customer/perspective and inspired by challenging situations Your responsibilities Responsible for excellence in operations, the implementation of continuous improvement of home furnishing services capabilities. Responsible to implement, improve and update ways of working connected to the execution of home furnishing services with fulfilment, enabling compliance to the standard operating procedures, IWAY, agreed frameworks and guidelines considering the legal requirements. Responsible for achieving lowest possible cost per service, for all operating models, within the contractual framework and in line with value creation and efficiency goals. Responsible that the assigned Service Partner(s) provide an excellent quality in the meeting with the customer and drives the operational partnership with the assigned external service partners. Contribute with both knowledge and expertise to digital and operational development and deployment activities. Responsible for the operational partnership with the external service partners ensuring an excellent quality when meeting the customer. Responsible to cooperate with key partners on Group and Country level and assigned service partners and or units while representing Service Fulfilment in related forums. Responsible for the implementation of the Customer Fulfilment sustainability agenda within the area of responsibility. Responsible to contribute to an inspiring and high performing Service Fulfilment team including communication, flexibility, performance culture, competence development and a work environment which supports equality, diversity, inclusion, and well-being. Responsible for promoting and stimulating entrepreneurial orientation and contribution to development and innovation for the own organisation, defined matrix and Service Partners in close cooperation with the Group Functions.
