To coordinate with clients and complete formalities for setting up their investment a/c and fulfil their operational requirements.
- Coordinating with and assisting Clients for investment related queries.
- Developing a strong knowledge of existing and potential clients and ensuring business growth opportunities aligned with the company's investment philosophy.
- To take care of the back office and liaison with other partners for operations related work.
- To work on MIS and other internal data related to business.
- Follow up with the clients for pendency and fulfilling their requirement.
- Updating the clients on their portfolio and assist them in resolving their queries.
- Deliver Service with utmost action and ensure Client satisfaction.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Any Graduate with good communication skills and Fluency in English.
- Knowledge of Mutual Fund/Insurance Industry (not mandatory/ but will be preferred).
- Certification related to the role will be an advantage.
- (1-2yrs) of Work experience in similar Profile.
