- Key Responsibilities of a Business Support Executive:
**Meeting Coordination**:
- Organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.-
**Report Preparation**:

- Creating and distributing various reports, presentations, and other business documentation.-
**Business Support**:

- Assisting with Operations management tasks, including tracking progress, coordinating resources, and ensuring timely completion.-
**Communication & Collaboration**:

- Facilitating communication between executives, teams, and external stakeholders.-
**Office Management**:

- Ensuring smooth operation of the office environment, including managing supplies and equipment.- Skills and Qualifications:

- **Strong organizational and time management skills**.
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**.
- **Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite**.
- **Problem-solving and decision-making abilities**.
- **Discretion and confidentiality**.
- **Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, management)**.
- **Prior experience in a similar role (especially for senior positions)**.
- **Familiarity with relevant software and tools**
