  • Sales & Target Achievement
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Market Research & Reporting
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Provide feedback on product improvements and customer requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record in sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software).
  • Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or equivalent (preferred).

Career Growth

A Sales Executive can grow into roles such as Senior Sales Executive, Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or Regional Sales Head with experience and performance.
