Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in field work is mandatory, enabling effective client interaction and sales engagement. (Mandatory skill)

- Must have software sales expertise to effectively promote IT products and services to potential clients. (Mandatory skill)
- Strong negotiation techniques to secure favorable terms and close sales deals effectively.
- Proven ability to conduct client meets, fostering relationships and understanding client needs to tailor solutions.
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with business associates for mutual growth and opportunities.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills to ensure clear and persuasive interaction with diverse clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing priorities and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Execute field sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets in specified locations.
- Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of IT solutions.
- Engage with clients through visits, meetings, and calls to understand and fulfill their IT requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring beneficial terms and satisfaction of client's business needs.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and relationship building.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit timely reports on sales activities, market conditions, and client feedback.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
