Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Field Sales Executive to join our team in Madurai. This is a full-time position, also suitable as an internship, tailored for fresh graduates with 0 to 1 year of work experience. The role involves driving sales through field activities and requires a keen interest in technology solutions and sales dynamics.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in cold calling to engage potential clients and generate leads (Mandatory skill).
- Strong experience with Salesforce to manage and analyse customer interactions (Mandatory skill).
- Expertise in customer relationship management techniques (Mandatory skill).
- Familiarity with various CRM software to improve and maintain client relations.
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies and their applications in sales.
- Ability to network effectively and build professional relationships.
- Solid negotiation skills to close deals and gain favorable outcomes for the company.
- Experience in B2B sales, understanding the dynamics and needs of business clients.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage in cold calling activities to create and nurture sales leads.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales progress and manage client data efficiently.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with sales goals.

- Prepare sales presentations and proposals to effectively communicate our offerings.
