Job Overview
Join Smiligence as a Field Sales Executive, where you will play a key role in driving sales and expanding our client base. This is a full-time, internship, or contract position open to candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience. The job is located in Madurai, Virudhunagar, Theni, and Dindigul. This position is ideal for freshers who are eager to start their careers in a dynamic IT environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience of 1 to 3 years in a sales role, preferably in IT or software sales to understand client requirements effectively.
- Field work experience is crucial to conduct visits to potential clients and nurture relationships (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in IT sales is essential to communicate the unique value propositions of our software solutions (Mandatory skill).
- Software sales skills, imperative to navigate the complexities of selling IT products (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in Salesforce to efficiently manage client relationships and sales pipelines.
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and create mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
- Lead generation abilities to identify and engage potential customers through various channels.
- Excellent relationship building to foster long-term partnerships with new and existing clients.
- Customer engagement skills to understand and address client needs effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers through field visits, calls, and networking to expand the company's client base.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to convey the benefits and value of IT solutions offered by Smiligence.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them to understand their needs.
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule to ensure the company meets its revenue objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the assigned territory.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in Salesforce to manage and track sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions.
- Provide feedback from customers to the product development team to help enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
