- Lead Generation & Business Development
- Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Handle client queries and resolve issues effectively.
- Sales & Target Achievement
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Market Research & Reporting
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Provide feedback on product improvements and customer requirements.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record in sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software).
- Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or equivalent (preferred).
