Position Title: Client Handling Engineer Mechanical Engineer

Role: Business Development Engineer / Business Development Executive

Industry Type: Automation / Machine Manufacturing

Department: Sales & Business Development

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

Reporting to: Service Head / Director

clients in various industries, including Tire industries, food processing, packaging, and Warehouse Automations. With a focus on custom solutions, we work closely with our clients to design and fabricate equipment and systems that meet their unique needs and specifications.

Job Roles and Responsibility: -

Build, strengthen, and manage relationships with key industrial customers.

Collaborate with sales, inside sales, and technical teams to move leads through the funnel.

Coordinate with customer stakeholders on both technical and commercial aspects.

Ensure accurate CRM updates and maintain sales funnel discipline.

Drive customer engagement across onboarding, feedback, solution upselling, and renewals.

Identify upsell opportunities for new and upgraded solutions within existing accounts.

Capture customer insights and feed them into product development and roadmap discussions.

This job involves travel (looking for Male Candidates only)

Skills Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Client relationship management.

Market research and competitive analysis.

Sales pipeline and CRM management.

Education and Experience: -

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering

After 2022 passed out can apply

Working Hours: -

Normal hours of work would be 8 hours/day.

Hours may vary and will require evening and weekend work as directed by the

company Needs.
