Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, building strong client relationships, and driving sales by promoting products/services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner.

Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and offers.

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services to meet them.

Convert inquiries into sales by using consultative selling techniques.

Resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.

Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.

Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve customer acquisition and retention strategies.

Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Proven experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.

Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools is a plus.

Target-driven and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
