The Senior Program Manager leads strategic initiatives within Revenue Operations, enabling the execution of cross-functional programs that drive growth and operational excellence. This role partners with executives and GTM leaders to align priorities, streamline processes, and deliver measurable business outcomes. With a strong focus on APAC expansion, this role combines program management expertise with data-driven insights to optimize revenue performance and regional operations in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Role & responsibilities

  • Strategic Program Leadership: Drive the planning, execution, and governance of global and regional initiatives that support GTM strategy and operational efficiency.
  • Regional Operations (APAC Focus): Lead efforts to establish account ownership models, implement lead-routing frameworks, and define revenue baselines to accelerate regional growth and alignment with global standards.
  • Data & Insights: Build scalable reporting models for ARR, GRR, and NRR, providing leadership with actionable month-over-month and year-over-year analytics to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Process Optimization & Governance: Introduce new workflows, including AI-enabled account enrichment and lead management, ensuring accuracy, visibility, and improved conversion across sales channels.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with cross-functional teamsSales, Marketing, and Customer Successto align on priorities, track execution, and drive adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Change Management: Develop and lead communication strategies, ensuring smooth rollout and adoption of new GTM processes, tools, and governance frameworks.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Leverage AI and automation to improve program scalability, visibility, and predictability across initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 8+ years of program management, strategy & operations, or consulting experience.
  • 4+ years of direct experience in change management or organizational transformation.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage complex global programs.
  • Proven success in scaling regional operations, ideally with APAC market exposure.
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence engaging senior executives and C-Suite stakeholders.
  • Bachelors degree in business or related field.
  • Experience with AI-driven tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Clodura) and BI solutions (e.g., Power BI, SQL).

Preferred Qualifications

  • SaaS or high-growth technology company experience.
  • PMP or Agile certifications.
  • Background in GTM program management.
