Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and manage the entire Purchase Department at the industrial level.
  • Vendor development, negotiation, and maintaining supplier relationships.
  • Purchase Order (PO) generation, invoice collection, bill payment coordination.
  • Preparation of comparison sheets and cost analysis for procurement decisions.
  • Manage supply chain & inventory processes to ensure timely availability of materials.
  • Coordinate with production, stores, accounts, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
  • Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and timely reporting.
  • Explore IT & automation sector products/vendors (added advantage).

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate / Post Graduate (any stream).
  • 3–7 years of experience in industrial procurement & purchase management.
  • Strong skills in vendor management, negotiation, and department handling.
  • Knowledge of supply chain, inventory control, and ERP systems.
  • IT & Automation sector knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • Good in MS Excel, MS Office, and reporting.
  • Willing to work in Delhi or Satna (MP).
