Key Responsibilities:
- Process Management: Oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows across departments.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze operational performance, making recommendations for improvement.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate and collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Resource Optimization: Manage and optimize resources to achieve operational efficiency.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve operational issues and challenges promptly.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Required Skills:
- Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies.
- Delegation: Skill in assigning tasks effectively to team members.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders.
- Leadership: Proven leadership abilities to manage and motivate teams.

- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel, and other relevant software tools.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent Verbal English communications
