Join our team as a Net App Storage Installation Engineer , where you’ll lead the planning, implementation, and validation of Net App ONTAP and E-Series solutions across diverse customer environments.What You’ll Do:Deploy, configure, and upgrade Net App AFF, FAS, and E-Series systems.Implement Net App ONTAP environments (Data ONTAP/SANtricity) with high-availability configurations.Integrate storage with SAN/NAS protocols (i SCSI, FC, NFS, CIFS/SMB).Collaborate with pre-sales and client teams to design tailored storage solutions.Perform hardware installation (rack & stack), conduct site audits, and manage handover documentation.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, coordinating with Net App Support when needed.Create detailed network/storage diagrams and installation documentation.Follow Net App Certified Installation Partner (NCIE/NCDA/NCSE) standards.Apply best practices for LUN provisioning, snapshots, Snap Mirror, and data protection.Work closely with project managers to meet implementation timelines and SLAs.✅ What We’re Looking For:Certification: NCIE – ONTAP SAN/NAS/Data Protection (required).Experience: 8+ years of hands-on Net App installation experience.Strong command of ONTAP CLI and System Manager.Solid networking knowledge (Ethernet, Fibre Channel, Cisco/Brocade).Familiarity with tools like Active IQ, Auto Support, Unified Manager, Config Advisor.Bonus: VMware integration experience, scripting (Python/Power Shell), hybrid cloud (CVO, AWS FSx for ONTAP).Excellent communication and documentation skills.Willingness to travel to customer sites when needEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent real-world experience.Why Join Us?We work on mission-critical deployments, value technical excellence, and support your growth with certifications, diverse projects, and a collaborative team culture.
