Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute effective B2B sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Drive client acquisition, manage key accounts, and foster lasting customer relationships.
Revenue Generation: Set and achieve ambitious revenue targets. Monitor sales performance metrics, analyse trends, and implement corrective measures to ensure consistent growth.
Market Insight: Understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
Job Location : Chennai
Salary : 12 LPA
Eligibility Criteria:
Institutional Sales – Minimum of 2-4 years of sales experience successfully selling services at the C-level with 3+ years of direct sales management experience.
Preferred Industry - ETS, FCG, Insurance.
Proficiency in Language – Excellent C-level communication skills.
Must have:
Total comfort demonstrating Full-stack solutions and discussing them with business leaders
Strong track record of exceeding company sales quotas in a complex sales environment
Experience in territory management and planning, at the regional and account levels
Strong written, verbal, presentation and organisational skills required
Willing to travel as needed throughout the region
Should have handled CAT A customers in the past.
