Demonstrate leadership qualities and strong interpersonal communication. Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Conduct cold calls, send outreach emails, and arrange meetings to present company services. Build and maintain long-term, successful client relationships. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Coordinate with the Operations team for site surveys and snag audits. Manage snag audit presentations and ensure timely follow-up. Travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events. Requirements Skills & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Facility Management / Business Administration. 5–10 years in facility/operations/property management. Strong knowledge of M&E systems, preventive maintenance, and AMC management. Experience in team management, client handling, and budgeting. Knowledge of safety protocols, statutory compliance, and ISO standards. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
