HR Operations Specialist (SAP SuccessFactors-EC)


As an HR Operations Specialist with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors EC and PMGM, you will play a critical role in managing HR processes and ensuring data accuracy within the SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) module. Here are the details of your responsibilities:


Mandatory Key Skills: Success Factors EC, PMGM, RCM, HR Operations, Compensation, HR Generalist Activities, SAP, Time Office, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits.


Experience of 5+ years

Work Location: Pune


Responsibility:


Workflow Management:

Design, configure, and maintain workflows within SuccessFactors EC.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process flows.

Troubleshoot and resolve workflow-related issues promptly.


Data Correction and Integrity:

Identify and rectify data discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Collaborate with end users and IT teams to address data-related challenges.

Implement corrective actions based on business requirements.


Testing and Quality Assurance:

Develop test scenarios and conduct thorough testing of SuccessFactors EC functionalities.

Validate system changes, enhancements, and updates.

Document test results and provide recommendations for improvements.


Data Uploads and Mass Uploads:

Manage data uploads into SuccessFactors EC using various tools and methods.

Ensure data integrity during mass uploads.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define data upload requirements.


*EC Mass-uploads & Position Governance


*Prepare & Conduct EC (mass) Uploads for

  • Position updates
  • Job Profile Structure
  • Workflow Updates


*Conduct standard Org. Governance Tasks

  • Track/Facilitate/Delete Pending Workflows
  • Check & improve data quality on Positions – e.g. salary, LoA…
  • Reports for Position Plan developments – e.g. monthly new positions


*Support in Testing – e.g. new Workflow configurations

*Closely align with HR-IT & support in technical execution (e.g. Workflow configuration)

*Optional: Support with DOS-Process Documentation


*Global HR Ticket Tool implementation & 1st Level Support

*Facilitate implementation & start of global HR-Ticket Queue

*Train & enable global HR Community for ticket queue operations

*First Level Ticket solution e.g.

  • Password resets
  • Answering of standard process & tool questions
  • Send out of training materials


*Escalation of blocked/delayed queues

*See slide 3 for outlines of HR-Ticket-Queue Concept

*Support wit SF Data Uploads & Testing

*Optional: Support with DOS-Process Documentation
