SF Interface :

- Experience in using Compound Employee API(SFAPI) and SF OData API.

- Experience in handling SF EC Multiple Employment profile's in inflow (Transfer, Global assignment, Concurrent employment) along with normal profiles.

- Experience in SF Inbound interface (towards EP, EC etc.).

- Knowledge in SF EC Org structures and experience in handling Org info related :


API Integration :


- Utilize Compound Employee API (SFAPI) and SF OData API for seamless integration of SuccessFactors modules.


- Ensure robust and secure data exchange between SuccessFactors and other systems.


Profile Management :


- Handle SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC) Multiple Employment profiles, including Transfer, Global


- Assignment, and Concurrent Employment.


- Manage normal employee profiles efficiently.


Inbound Interfaces :


- Develop and manage SF inbound interfaces towards Employee Profile (EP), Employee Central (EC), and other modules.


- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all inbound Structures :


- Maintain knowledge of SF EC Organizational structures.


- Handle interfaces related to organizational information and Communication :


- Work closely with HR and IT teams to understand integration requirements and provide technical solutions.


- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates.


Continuous Improvement :


- Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors features and best practices.


- Identify opportunities for improving integration processes and implement :


Experience :


- Minimum of 5 years in IT, with relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors integration.


- Proven experience in using Compound Employee API (SFAPI) and SF OData API.


Technical Skills :


- Proficiency in handling SF EC Multiple Employment profiles and normal profiles.


- Experience in developing and managing SF inbound interfaces towards EP, EC, etc.


- Strong knowledge of SF EC Organizational structures and related interfaces.


Soft Skills :


- Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders, including HR and IT teams.


- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
