Job Profile: HR Consultant (Specialist)

Role: Success Factor Lead (Team Handling experience will be added advantage)

Working: 5 Days

Job Description:

- SuccessFactors Certified (active) in Core HR Employee Central.

- At least 7 years of professional experience working as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant.

- Strong SAP experience across various technical and functional areas, with expertise and in-depth knowledge of Success Factors Employee Central and SAP HCM.

- Involved in all phases of the project lifecycle with Project kickoff, initiation, Requirements gathering, conducting Workshops, configuration workbooks, Solution designing, Build, data migration, Testing, Defect management, integration, Deployment, Hypercare & BAU support.

- Experience in giving Demos & POCs.

- Given multiple trainings in the organizations worked including Boot Camp of Employee Central.

- Ideally have been part of large-scale HR interventions working with teams across geographies APAC, Europe, and Americas.

- Extensive team player with excellent communication skills, capable of leading from the front. Highly motivated self-learner with the ability to develop proficiency and adapt to new technologies and methods in a short period.
